Treats eye swelling, itching, and discomfort caused by allergies. Belongs to a class of drugs called corticosteroids.

There may be other brand names for Prednisolone Acetate.
When Prednisolone Acetate Should Not Be Used:
You should not use Prednisolone Acetate if you have had an allergic reaction to prednisolone or other corticosteroids such as dexamethasone (Decadron®). You should not use Prednisolone Acetate if you have had an allergic reaction to sodium bisulfite.
