Pharmacy Returns

At Jan Drugs you have peace of mind knowing that you can return your products for a full refund up to 90 days from the date your order was shipped. We accept returns whenever there has been any dispensing mistake made on our part, or if any damage has occurred during shipping of your order.

To authorize a return, please e-mail us at or call us toll-free, 24-hours a day at 1-866-395-3784 for instructions on where to mail the product back to and receive authorization for a refund of your shipping cost (up to $9.95 USD). After your medications are received at the original dispensary (place your order was shipped from) you will be issued a full return credit on your account.

All prescription returns are destroyed in compliance with FDA, Health Canada regulations and the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA).
